If you order more than one product, you get a discount depending on the total number of products. It does not matter if these are of the same type. For example, you can order a Tretiheal 0.025% and an A-ret 0.1% and you get a discount because you order 2 products. Our Volume Discount is:

The Products are stored in an air conditioned room, so that it does not get too hot.
The package is sent in a letterbox package, so you don’t have to be home when the package is delivered.
The packages are sent with a tracking number. If the package does, according to the tracking, not arrive in a reasonable time, we will resend the order. The only exception to this is, if you choose to send the order in an envelope without tracking (this option is only available in the Netherlands).
